Unifying scale with a strong sense of purpose
Real estate branding is an essential part of human-centric design. It implies that an inanimate
property has
been constructed with the emotional, social and psychological sensibilities of customers in mind. And
yet,
spatial branding is often seen as an afterthought. With EK Avenues, we set out to create an
unprecedented real
estate brand experience in Chennai.
The project established 75 plotted developments in the heart of the city. At such a scale, our aim
with
branding
was to reflect the project’s sense of purpose. A strong character was infused consistently by defining
the
identity system and visual communication.
The idea was beyond selling a piece of land. Hence, we conceptualised the business proposition ‘Peace of Earth’ as a recalibration. The branding design communicated this. The logo rightfully symbolised a seed sprouting from earth. It captured something that is nascent but holds the promise of a great future.
